If your child is ill, please telephone school on 01845 577206 as soon as possible, please leave a message if no-one is available in the office to speak to. Alternatively, you can email admin@dishforth.n-yorks.sch.uk and we will pass on your message to the appropriate staff.
Leave of Absence in Term time
From September 2013 new government regulation no longer allows schools to authorise leave of absence except in “exceptional circumstances”. We will therefore no longer be able to authorise holidays during term time.
If you need to take your son/daughter out of school, in exceptional circumstances, please make a request to school using this form to outline the reason.
